This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by GoLive Mobile, LLC, and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies ("GoLive"). This Privacy Policy outlines the privacy practices associated with the Videokl website and other online products and services where this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the "Services").
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide to Us. We collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you register for our Services, create a user profile, contact us or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, mobile telephone number, email address, password, postal address, gender, interests and preferences and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. We refer to information that identifies you such as your name, cell phone number, email address and home address as "Personally Identifiable Information" in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Automatically Collect. When you access or use our Services, we may also automatically collect information about you through cookies, pixel tags and various other technologies. The type of information we collect from these technologies includes your IP address, browser type, ISP, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp and clickstream data. We may also store this information ("Log File Information") in log files.

Information We Collect from Other Sources. We may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information we collect through our Services. For example, if you register for our Services through a social networking site (such as Facebook or Twitter), we may collect certain information about you from those social networking sites in accordance with your authorization.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
Any information that you provide to us remains your property, however, we may use this information to provide, maintain and improve the Services, and as otherwise described below.
Text Messages and Other Communications. By providing and/or giving permission to use your mobile number, you expressly consent to receiving periodic communications, including sign-up messages, alerts, surveys and promotional text messages from us and, if applicable, our third party marketing partners. In many circumstances, the first text message received will contain a unique personal identification number ("PIN") that may be used as part of the sign-up process. If your wireless carrier does not support our Services or you do not complete the sign-up process, we may still send you promotional text messages.
Service-Related Announcements. We will send you service-related announcements when it is necessary to do so, including technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages. For instance, we send text messages monthly to remind you that your membership has been renewed, and, if you cancel your membership, we may send you a confirmatory text message or an email.
Customer Service. We may communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request and to manage your account.
Supplementation Information. We may link or combine your information with other information we get from other companies to verify your identity, help understand your needs and provide you with better service. For instance, we may verify the cell phone numbers provided by users when they sign up with information provided by a third party.
Monitor and Analyze Trends. When you visit our Services, we may use Log File Information and survey responses to create a "profile" of your preferences. We tie your Personally Identifiable Information to information in the profile to personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content, or features that match your profile or interests.. We also use this information to analyze trends, administer the Services, track users' movements around the Services and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We link this automatically-collected data to Personally Identifiable Information.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
Third Party Marketers and Data Buyers. We may share your information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes and with data buyers who may in turn share your information with other companies for their direct marketing purposes.

Account Information If your Personally Identifiable Information changes, or if you no longer desire to use our Services, you may correct, update or delete your Personally Identifiable Information by making the change(s) or deletions, as applicable, on your a profile page (if it exists) or by contacting our support team at support@videokl.com. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a certain period of time
